“ABOUT THE DESIGNER”
As a child, growing up in the Barossa Valley in South Australia, Patti Cavenett was inspired by many of the wonderful Children’s stories. She cultivated a vivid imagination and she was mesmerized by the delicate and detailed illustrations produced by the brilliant English Author Beatrix Potter. No doubt those gentle tales and innocent fantasies ignited a lifetime of fervent creativity in Patti. Ideas flowed from the pages of her sketch book in those early years and many years later, what began as an absorbing past-time has blossomed into the full time craft business that became known as “The Treasure House”.
Of course, creativity never really rests. It merely discovers new directions to explore! So it came as no surprise when Patti and Graham, together discovered the magic and artistry of making Teddy Bears and similar Critters and “Kympatti Bears Australia” was born.
Since those early days of Teddy Making, literally hundreds of original designs, hand-made Bears and Critters have marched forth from the “Kympatti” Studios to face the world. All created with the love and inspiration nurtured by those tales of long ago.
A major Holiday Season clean up has unearthed those treasures of the past and Patti’s old sketch book was found amongst the long forgotten papers – Now she felt compelled to design the 2010 range and based on those early sketches she has produced the “HILLTOP” range. In a world less gentle than her own childhood, Patti has interpreted some of those memories into Fantasy Critters who will perhaps strike a chord with the creative minds of another generation.

"MR SHUFFLES" - 5inches tall - Pattern This is our own little tribute to Sydneys little baby miricle Elephant - Born in Sydney Zoo in May 2010, he survived "against all odds" and was lovingly nick-named "Mr Shuffles" because it took a while for him to get strength in his legs.  There is only one neck joint and his little trunk is wired.  He has glass eyes.  This is a very easy pattern to follow and is ideal for beginner bear makers. "TU-TU" BALLET BUNNY - 6inches tall - Pattern This is our own little Ballet Bunny - A little girl bunny who loves to dress up in her costume.  She is only 6inches Tall and is fully jointed.  She has been made in hand dyed sassy fabric and her little features are coloured with chalks.  Full instructions are included for you to create Tu-Tu and her little ballet outfit.  She has glass eyes.  This is a very easy pattern to follow and is ideal for beginner bear makers. "PULL-ALONG ELEPHANT" - 11inches tall - PATTERN Plus This cute little Elephant reminds us of our childhood "pull along toy" - An easy to follow pattern with complete instructions.  This is a pattern plus with the Pattern comes the lovely little red wooden set of wheels and a little set of handcrafted tusks for you to attach after you have made the little circus elephant QTY:

"PULL-ALONG PONY" - 7inches tall - PATTERN Plus This is for the Pattern and the little set of red wooden wheels so that you can make your own little pullalong toy. As a little girl, I dreamed of my very own dream pony - "DANCER" is only 7 inches tall, and a very easy to follow pattern with instructions.  QTY:

"PETER" BUNNY - 10inches Tall - Pattern Little Peter Bunny has been created in "Sassy" fabric and stands 9inches Tall.  This pattern has complete and easy to follow instructions for you to create him and the pattern for his little felt jacket and slippers is also included. QTY:
