YumCha - 1-day workshop:

This adorable panda measures 23cm (9") sitting and is made from an alpaca/mohair blend with ultrasuede paws. To achieve this wonderful expression YumCha’s face is extensively needle-sculpted and painted, the glass eyes feature suede eyelids and the embroidered nose adds character. The paw pads are needle-sculpted also and feature embroidered claws. The double-jointed neck enables YumCha to tilt his head and the little tail finishes the look. He is 6-way cotterpin and disc jointed and filled with wool. Glass sand in his tummy adds a lovely weight. The workshop will focus on sculpting and shading of the face and paws as well as the lovely eyelids and embroidered nose and pre-sewing is required.

This is not a bear for beginners but if you are comfortable making a bear and would like to know how to achieve these wonderful affects using advanced techniques - this is a workshop not to be missed!
