PAYMENT We require payment in advance and accept VISA, MASTER CARD Prices on this website are correct at time of listing. Any returned cheques will incur a $10.00 bank charge and any outstanding balance will be subject to a 1.5% per month finance charge. BACK ORDERING As we have a large range of items available, it is inevitable that there will always be some items which are out of stock at the time of ordering. We will only place items on back order if we consider they will be available in the near future. Postage & Freight Orders are sent by Australia Post, unless otherwise requested. Overseas orders are sent via Air Mail. Postage costs will be added to your order and are calculated by size & weight. INSURANCE All parcels within Australia over $25.00 in value incur an insurance fee which is charged at the rate of $1.00 per $100.00 or part thereof. OVERSEAS INSURANCE Insurance on overseas orders is calculated as follows: $3.00 per parcel plus $2.00 per $100.00 or part thereof. Express Post 500gram & 3kg Express Post satchels are available in Australia on request. These are very economical & fast for places like WA, NT, Nth QLD, TAS & SA. As long as your order fits into one of these satchels, you will receive it much faster & often for similar cost to ordinary post. Please request express post in the 'Additional Comments' section of your on-line order. Guarantee Should you not be pleased with your purchase, please return it in its original condition & we will gladly exchange it, or issue you with a credit voucher. All returns must be returned within 10 days of receipt, to be eligible for exchange or credit. Due to difficulties with Customs clearance, we do not recommend returns or exchanges on overseas orders.
